The agency works to recruit and secure training for foster parents in an effort to expand the number of Muslim households servicing foster children in southern Michigan. This need is particular important in the case of refugee children --- we believe as do many others that in addition to a loving and caring family, it is important for foster children to retain their cultural and religious ties as whenever possible.
